Went to the Farmer's Market with my guys...What a beautiful day! So many great vendors!
As we were leaving, I found this great new boutique...Haute! Owner Sanja Alickovic was there, and she was very sweet and helpful! Such fun pieces for day or a night out in New Orleans! The jewels are amazing...she has some vintage baubles that are like candy...so alluring! Plus they carry Tkees flip flops, they are skin tone - so no matter how pale you are (like me) you can find the right shade! And speaking of "a little happy" I found one for me! A black lace dress from Velvet that is so classic!

Also, Bittersweet Confections is right next door...
We stopped in for a piece of King Cake! Wow!!!! It was so yummy!
They have coffee, tea, cupcakes, and beautiful chocolates!

Finn and Rene'........Best Buddies!

Last night a group of friends and family went to Superior Seafood on St. Charles Avenue to celebrate my "LITTLE" brother Rene's ___th Birthday! I will let you fill in the blank, I can't say or I will give away my age!
What a beautiful re-do of a building that has been an eye sore for several years!
The guys loved the char-broiled oysters! I, along with Finn loved the pommes frites!
Also, the mojitos were very good...as Mom and I had a bit too much! The service was great too!
Thanks goes out to Bob, bad back and all, who always comes to be a part of our family! We love you Bob!
